We are now looking for a Product Manager (AI Products) to lead the development of groundbreaking AI capabilities that will empower recruiters and candidates worldwide.

YOUR MISSION

As a Junior/Middle Product Ownerat Qode, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of next-generation AI-powered features. You will shape product architecture, translate business goals into technical solutions, and ensure every release delivers measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product vision

• Define product architecture and long-term roadmap aligned with Qode's business goals and market opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize AI-driven features that solve real user pain points.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and market trends to uncover new product opportunities.

End-to-End Product Ownership

• Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, requirements breakdown, sprint planning, execution, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality AI products.
• Ensure every feature maps clearly to strategic objectives and business outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define, track, and optimize KPIs aligned with business impact.
• Use SQL, dashboards, and analytics tools to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Gather user feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor production performance and respond quickly to user pain points or system issues.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and trust across AI-driven workflows.
• Continuously evaluate competitors and AI advancements to refine Qode's roadmap.

What are we looking for

Experience & Background

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Technical background (degree in Software Engineering or prior experience as an engineer).
• Hands-on experience building and launching AI-driven products (NLP, ML models, LLM applications, automation platforms).
• Experience in data labeling is a strong plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, databases, data models, and AI pipelines with engineers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using SQL, Excel, and analytics dashboards.
