YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP
This role is for CODE LEAP's sister-company named AINAVIO.
AINAVIO is an all-in-one cloud solution that helps e-commerce businesses gather, enrich, and distribute product content at scale, powered by AI and workflow automation. We're a partner company of CODE LEAP, backed and growing, with several large anchor clients already on board.
We are looking for a
Junior Product Owner to join our team. You'll turn requirements into clear, well-shipped work on a live product with real customers, with guidance from the team lead as you grow into the role.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Documentation: Keep the internal docs for your features clear: scope, objectives, key capabilities, the business logic behind decisions, and rollout phases.
- Tickets: Write well-defined tickets with clear, testable acceptance criteria, detailed enough that a developer can start implementation. Surface blockers early and escalate them with a suggested next step.
- Delivery: Plan, sequence, and track your backlog items through to done. Help refine the backlog.
- Communication: Keep stakeholders updated proactively, including a short weekly progress update. When something shifts, flag it early. The goal is no surprises.
- Customer insight: Talk to Support and Sales to understand user pain points, and stay curious about the PIM and e-commerce landscape.
- Ways of working: Use the team's AI-driven workflows, and support testing and validation when needed.
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- 1-3 years as a Product Owner in a structured product environment; e-commerce, SaaS, or PIM exposure is a plus
- Logical thinker: you break problems down, spot edge cases, and follow the knock-on effects
- Ownership mindset: you follow work through and chase down blockers instead of letting them sit
- Proactively communicative: you raise questions and surface risks early
- First experience with and strong interest in AI and automation and you like experimenting with new tools
- Fast learner who asks rather than guesses
- Comfortable working with developers and designers
- Proficiency in English communication
