About the Role
As a Junior Product Manager, you will drive revenue and profit growth for assigned product categories. You will work closely with the Sales team to capture business opportunities, execute market development plans, standardize product data, and act as the main operational liaison with our international manufacturing partners. This role offers a clear progression path to Product Manager within 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales to conduct site surveys, advise on technical configurations, and build accurate technical proposals for hospital clients.
- Market Execution: Implement Go-to-Market strategies, including organizing scientific seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date Sales Toolkit and Product Master Data to streamline sales operations and bidding processes.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as the daily point of contact with foreign manufacturers regarding pricing, technical support, and documentation.
- Internal Training: Organize periodic product training sessions for the Sales team to ensure high technical competency and confidence.
- Market Intelligence: Track healthcare technology trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to keep the company ahead of the curve.
What We Look For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Healthcare IT, Pharmacy, or Business/Marketing (must have direct medical device experience).
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in the medical equipment or hospital solutions sector, with a strong background in technical configurations and tender specifications.
- Skills: Proficiency in English for technical communication with global partners, and familiarity with CRM, ERP, and AI tools for work optimization.
- Mindset: Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to travel for field business needs.
