Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics.
- Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Participate in the development and implementation of CMMi and periodic ISO27001 audit.
- Control progress, warm and detect problems that may affect the project progress.
- Collect data, make statistics, analyze and report data, define company and project norms.
- Consult and propose to build a process suitable to the actual projects.
Required Skills
- Experience in QA in software outsourcing companies.
- Experience in process definition, project audit and improvement in the IT field.
- Excellent of CMMi, ISO 27001, and ability to apply to work.
- Excellent Logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
- Good ability at data collection and analysis.
- Excellent time management, planning, document compiling.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Excellent at training skills
