Job Description

1. Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and executing the Perfect Store program for the Small Format channel, ensuring audit quality, data accuracy, and smooth coordination among cross-functional teams to drive in-store execution excellence.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the Perfect Store program for the Small Format channel, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of monthly standards and checklists.
  • Consolidate and review Key Account (KA) proposals related to OSA, NPD, Promotion, SOS, Rental, and other Perfect Store initiatives, ensuring alignment with Perfect Store principles.
  • Collaborate closely with KA, Sales Operations, CSP, and other stakeholders to develop, maintain, and deploy monthly Perfect Store checklists.
  • Partner with FEM/SR to lead the success of in-store execution of Perfect Store, including but not limited to hosting regular meetings with store teams to collect feedback, resolve concerns, promote new campaigns, etc.
  • Monitor and update changes related to product launches, delisting, OOS status, and other store execution activities.
  • Coordinate with the Master Data Management (MDM) team to upload and maintain Perfect Store checklists in the system.
  • Manage monthly store lists in line with audit guidelines and annual plans.
  • Calculate, validate, and communicate monthly Perfect Store results, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery.
  • Consolidate feedback from stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with audit teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure audit process compliance and maintain high audit quality standards across all assigned stores.
  • Review and validate audit deliverables while monitoring agency performance and service quality.

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior work experience is not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Quick learner with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proactive, eager to grow, honest, and approachable.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to understand the FMCG industry.

  • Timely and accurate deployment of monthly Perfect Store checklists.
  • Accurate and on-time delivery of audit and performance results.
  • High audit quality and compliance across stores.
  • Effective stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution.
