Job Title: Junior OutSystems Developer
Salary: USD 700-1,000 Gross / Month
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Work Type: Full-time and Hybrid (4 days onsite during probation, 2 days onsite after probation)
Job Overview:
This role focuses on developing and maintaining low-code enterprise applications using OutSystems. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while following Agile development practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and maintain OutSystems applications individually or within Agile teams
- Design system architecture and technical solutions for OutSystems applications
- Participate in requirement gathering and design review sessions with stakeholders
- Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and system designs
- Perform testing to ensure applications meet defined requirements
- Prepare documentation, including requirements, system design, and testing results.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 1+ year of OutSystems development experience OR .NET / Java experience with a strong willingness to learn OutSystems
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English communication (spoken and written)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of full-stack development concepts (UI, logic, workflows, backend integration).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Mendix or PowerApps
- Exposure to UiPath or automation tools
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience building web, mobile, or progressive web apps on low-code platforms
- Experience in maintaining and monitoring low-code platforms.
