About Us
We are a fast-moving international startup staffing software engineers to build powerful SaaS, AI, e-commerce, and marketing technology brands. We have proven playbooks, tools, and growth strategies ready to go. Now, we need a smart, motivated teammate who is excited to implement, learn, and grow while helping us build our brand and acquire early users for our different products and services.
You'll work directly with the senior leadership (CEO, CTO, etc.)
Role Overview
You're creative and want the autonomy to do great work. You care deeply about growth and marketing, create simple, low cost solutions that deliver results, and can adapt as the needs of the business as it grows.
You will own the execution of a wide range of user acquisition and brand-building strategies, including but not limited to:
Community Marketing:
- Find and engage in online communities (Reddit, Discord, Slack, Facebook groups)
- Contribute helpfully, build authority, and insert our product when relevant
Growth Marketing Execution:
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns using Apollo.io, Instantly.ai
- Build targeted prospect lists and scrape lead databases
- Comment on competitor bad reviews and offer better solutions (ethically, only targeting big corporations)
- Launch Build in Public content on Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit
Web Listings & SEO:
- Find web directories, marketplaces, forums where competitors are listed (using Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest)
- List our product strategically and monitor SEO impact
Content Creation:
- Write blog posts, guides, SEO articles (manually or using AI agents like SEO Bot AI)
- Launch free tools (e.g., calculators, generators, extensions) to drive traffic and backlinks
Reddit + Quora Marketing:
- Find threads, engage authentically, and introduce our solution when requested
Partnerships:
- Find small startups (10-100 users) and negotiate cross-promotions (newsletters, links, shoutouts)
Lifetime Deals:
- Help launch LTDs on appropriate platforms to accelerate early user growth
Launch Management:
- Prepare for Product Hunt, BetaList, Hacker News launches and respond to every comment
Paid Experiments:
- Help launch small paid ad experiments (TinyAdz, other niche ad networks)
Viral Marketing Experiments:
- Post about our product every day using proven viral templates for 100 days
Acquisition:
- Research and propose tiny free apps to acquire ($1K$10K range) to funnel users into our ecosystem
Sponsor Hackathons or Small Events:
- Research, negotiate, and manage small sponsorship deals
Requirements
- Fast, self-driven learner: you love to test what you learn and contiously improve based on new information
- Execution-first attitude: you finish tasks and move fast, you have a bias for action, always delivering on time
- Experience with marketing tools like Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Clay, Canva, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Semrush, Zapier, Notion
- Strong research skills: find online communities, directory listings, backlink opportunities
- Content creation: basic writing, creating and editing short TikTok/LinkedIn videos, using templates
- Community-first approach: you know how to engage without spamming
- Growth mindset: resilient, creative, and willing to experiment
- Goal focussed: ambitious, self-starter, who can set and reach goals consistently
- Excellent English (written): you'll be using AI to write posts, outreach, and content
Desired Skills
- Growth hacking experience (Reddit/Quora, backlinks, free tools)
- Familiarity with SEO optimization and domain rating building
- Previous build in public experience
- Experience launching on Product Hunt, Hacker News
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Veed.io, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Basic programming skills (JavaScript, Python, etc.) and/or vibe coding ability (Cursor, Replit, etc.)
- Video editing skills (familiarity with CapCut or similar tools)
Compensation
- Monthly salary is depending on experience
- Performance bonuses based on milestones (first 100 customers, first viral post, etc.)
