Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management & Planning

  • Support in building brand positioning, brand architecture, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze consumer data and behavior to uncover insights and translate them into communication solutions or product ideas.
  • Monitor SKU performance (sell-in, sell-out, inventory) and recommend product/portfolio optimization.
  • Contribute to product innovation directions based on insights and market trends.
  • Assist in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans including pricing, sales toolkits, POSM, and communication alignment for product launches.

2. Go-to-Market Execution

  • Develop 360° marketing briefs and coordinate with agencies/internal teams to implement IMC campaigns across digital, social, offline, and POSM.
  • Support new product launch activities: activation, training, rollout, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Trade and Sales teams to execute in-store activations, sell-in campaigns, and sampling programs.
  • Manage KOL/Influencer partnerships including identification, negotiation, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Execute digital paid campaigns (social, search, display, CRM), monitor key KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS), and optimize performance.
  • Develop SEO strategies and content to drive organic visibility, manage website and product page content.

3. Operations & Effectiveness

  • Draft and review communication materials across multiple touchpoints (social, e-com, POSM, packaging) to ensure consistency with brand voice and legal compliance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
  • Support PR and corporate reputation building by working with external media and communication partners.
  • Assist in corporate communication and crisis management to mitigate brand and business risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (FMCG, Healthcare, Beauty industry preferred).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, IMC, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Working Time: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
