PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We're looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support FOC & FDS the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for coordinating FOC & FDS projects from concept to completion, developing marketing assets, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and agency partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and on brand.
ACCOUNTABILITIE
- Coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels to support FOC & FDS.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including signage, point-of-sale materials, promotional collateral, and other customer-facing assets.
- Work closely with print vendors and external suppliers to obtain quotes, coordinate production timelines, shipment to stores and ensure quality standards are met.
- Create, code, test, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns while monitoring performance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Support influencer partnerships, including outreach, contract coordination, content review, and approval to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with reporting and campaign analysis by tracking key marketing metrics and providing recommendations for future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail, eCommerce and Channel Management teams to interpret briefs and translate business needs into effective creative solutions.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIEN
- Proficient English communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skill.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
