KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Transportation Management (50%)

• Follow the return and outbound delivery plans to arrange transportation resources and ensure timely execution.

• Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including vehicle allocation, delivery scheduling, and route optimization, to achieve cost efficiency and service requirements.

• Monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate delivery quantities in line with customer and business requirements.

• Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and relevant stakeholders to resolve transportation issues and minimize delivery disruptions.

• Review transportation billing documents, verify charges against agreed rates and actual services, and arrange payment accordingly.

• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to optimize routes, improve vehicle utilization, and reduce logistics expenses.

E-commerce Logistics Support (30%)

• Follow up material and consumable supply to ensure timely fulfillment of E-commerce operations.

• Coordinate supplier payment and resolve outstanding vendor issues.

• Monitor E-commerce return backlog and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

• Monitor LMD and warehouse performance against agreed SLA; escalate and follow up on SLA breaches.

• Ensure E-commerce logistics operations comply with SOP and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

Defective handling (20%)

• Follow up material and consumable supply to ensure timely fulfillment of E-commerce operations.

• Coordinate supplier payment and resolve outstanding vendor issues.

• Monitor E-commerce return backlog and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of experience in Logistics, preferably in Apparel & Footwear, Retail; experience in transportation or warehouse operations is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, proactive, and responsible.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Able to work under pressure and manage a high volume of information and tasks.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
