1. IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee and maintain the company&aposs IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers.
• Ensure the companys IT infrastructure performs correctly and complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

2. Vendor and Project Management:

• Coordinate with IT vendors on infrastructure projects, such as upgrades and cloud migrations, to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution to meet project goals.

3. Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and offer guidance on IT best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and address business needs.

4. Compliance, Security and IT Charter guarant:

• Implement and maintain IT security protocols, and security measures to protect company data and systems.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with security regulations and industry standards, maintaining the IT governance framework.
• Assist in auditing IT assets, logging, and implementing IT security policies as requested

Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including working with IT vendors.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage).
• Proven experience in vendor management and project coordination.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
