Overview
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Junior IT Recruiter who is comfortable with outbound sourcing and building candidate pipelines from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who is quick, persistent, and understands the IT talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source IT candidates using personal LinkedIn accounts and sourcing tools (e.g. SalesQL)
- Build and expand your own candidate network (connections, communities, talent pools)
- Reach out and engage candidates via LinkedIn and email
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment field
- Basic understanding of IT roles (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong outbound sourcing mindset (headhunting approach)
- Able to source candidates proactively without relying heavily on job postings or inbound applications
- Good communication, persuasion, and candidate engagement skills
- Good at English communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
