Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or Generalist support within a structured B2B, technology, or regional business environment.
- Working knowledge of APAC employment regulations, with hands-on familiarity with at least one jurisdiction's requirements for employment contracts, statutory contributions, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, document verification, leave tracking, employee record maintenance, and offboarding.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential employee information, competing deadlines, and multiple administrative processes accurately.
- Professional-level English communication skills, written and spoken, with the ability to support employees and stakeholders across multiple APAC markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to multi-jurisdiction HR compliance across at least two APAC markets such as Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, or Thailand, with working knowledge of how statutory and contractual obligations differ across borders.
- Experience working within a fast-growing or early-stage tech company where processes are being built rather than inherited.

As a Junior HR Generalist, you are the operational engine of our people function across APAC. You will own the execution layer of HR operations across multiple markets, ensuring that every employee touchpoint from day one to final day is handled with accuracy, compliance, and speed.
This is not a passive administrative role. You will manage real compliance obligations across APAC jurisdictions, maintain the integrity of our people data, and serve as the primary operational contact for a growing regional workforce. The expectation is high ownership, low error tolerance, and the ability to operate independently across markets with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process across APAC, covering contract preparation, document collection, compliance verification, system setup, and exit administration.
- Consolidate and validate monthly payroll inputs across all active markets, including attendance, leave, and employee changes; track statutory obligations and coordinate with external providers or government authorities as required.
- Maintain the integrity of all employee records across HRIS, ATS, and internal systems, ensuring data is accurate, audit-ready, and compliant with local employment and data requirements at all times.
- Drive recruitment coordination across the region by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS pipeline accuracy, and pre-employment documentation to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for employee queries across APAC, resolving matters related to contracts, policies, leave, statutory benefits, and payroll administration with speed and accuracy.
- Execute regional people initiatives including policy rollouts, internal communications, and engagement activities, ensuring consistent delivery across all APAC markets.
