Junior Growth Operations Associate

Emotiv is looking for a Junior Growth Operations Associate to support the next phase of our growth engine. This role will focus on content repurposing, automation, quality control, and analytics support across our on-site and offsite growth efforts.

This role will help adapt existing blog content into channel-specific assets, support automation workflows, review AI-assisted outputs before publication, and help track performance across growth initiatives.

This is a junior role for someone who is technical, organized, fluent in English, and comfortable working at the intersection of content, automation, and analytics. The right person will not be expected to be a full video editor or a primary writer, but they should be able to turn one strong content asset into multiple high-quality outputs and ensure those outputs meet a high bar before they go live.

●      Adapt existing blog content into multiple channel-ready assets, including short video concepts, short scripts, social media copy, post variations, repackaged text content, and offsite content formats

●      Support programmatic content repurposing workflows for channels such as YouTube, Medium, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms

●      Build, run, and improve automation workflows

●      Review AI-assisted outputs for clarity, quality, factual consistency, brand fit, and scientific credibility before publication

●      Support publishing and distribution workflows across growth channels

●      Track key performance metrics across repurposed content and growth experiments using analytics tools

●      Exceptional written and spoken English

●      Ability to work with Python or a similar coding or scripting language

●      Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n

●      Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-assisted tools such as Lovable, Bolt, and similar platforms

●      Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization

●      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

●      Ability to adapt existing long-form content into multiple formats for different channels

●      Good judgment when reviewing AI-assisted outputs for quality and usefulness

●      Comfort working with analytics and performance tracking tools

●      Background or experience in the science industry, health tech, medtech, neuroscience, or another technical field
