Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Design Digital & Social Media publications
• Design banners for advertising campaigns on platforms.
• Develop visual keys and layouts for social posts (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, TikTok).
• Design video thumbnails, landing page banners, Shopee / Tiktok Shop banners (if any).
• Design POSM & event publications
• Design POSM for activation programs, fairs, conferences, CSR or brand events.
• Coordinate with the Account & Event department to ensure the design product is in line with the direction and timeline.
• Video & Multimedia (basic)
• Support cutting and editing short videos, editing basic TVCs, color correction, inserting simple text/graphic animations.
• Participate in brainstorming visual ideas for TVCs, review videos or campaign clips.
• Other tasks
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design publications.
• Update new design trends, contribute ideas to improve the creative process with the team.

Candidate requirements

• College degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications...
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (basic) / Premiere Pro / Canva.
• Good aesthetic sense, understanding of layout, color, typography and design style suitable for the Korean - Vietnamese market.
• Knowing how to apply UI knowledge to design is a plus.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in designing for online advertising campaigns or brand events.
• Have a spirit of learning, proactive, careful and highly responsible in work.
• Ability to absorb quickly, have a strong spirit, withstand feedback and design adjustments.
• Careful, meticulous, responsible for deadlines.
