Locuno is an early-stage startup building the Trust Infrastructure for modern families and neighborhoods in Vietnam. We are solving the universal anxiety of Have they arrived safely with Locuno Family (automatic arrival detection & SOS response) and bringing radical transparency to community finances with Locuno Community.

We are more than just an app; we are a loyalty operating system connecting families, communities, and brands through our Safe Deals engine. We are looking for a creative storyteller to help us visualize this mission and build a brand that people trust with their lives.

We are looking for a Fresher Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for technology. As a remote-first team member, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while working directly with the founding team to shape Locuno's visual identity across our B2C (Family) and B2B (Community) products.

This is a high-growth role where your designs will directly impact how thousands of Vietnamese families perceive and interact with our safety network.

• Social Media & Marketing Assets: Design high-quality visuals for our social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), focusing on community growth, Safe Deals promotions, and educational safety content.
• App Store & Digital Presence: Create compelling screenshots, feature highlights, and banners for our App Store and Google Play listings to drive downloads.
• Sales & Pitch Materials: Assist in designing professional pitch decks and sales brochures for our B2B partners (building management boards, HR departments, and brand partners).
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Locuno's brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints (from app icons to merchandise).
• UI Support: Collaborate with the product team to create custom icons, illustrations, and simple UI assets for the Locuno mobile app.

• A Visual Storyteller: You understand that design is not just about making things prettyit's about communication. You can take a complex concept (like eKYC-verified neighbor network) and turn it into a simple, friendly graphic.
• Tool Proficient: You are comfortable with Figma (essential for our product work), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and eager to learn new AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Canva Magic) to speed up your workflow.
• Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment. You don't wait for permission; you propose ideas, manage your own deadlines, and communicate proactively.
• Culturally Aware: You have a deep understanding of the modern Vietnamese family aesthetic and urban lifestyle.

• Portfolio: A link to a portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or PDF) is mandatory. We care more about your actual work than your degree.
• Experience: 02 years of experience. Fresh graduates or self-taught designers are welcome to apply.
• Language: Native Vietnamese; conversational English (reading/writing) is a plus for researching global design trends.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media trends and basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut/Premiere) is a big bonus.
