The Role
Were looking for a Junior Frontend Engineer with strong fundamentals in web development and a hunger to learn. Youll get hands-on experience building real-time, high-performance interfaces for global-scale applications.
This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, venture-backed AI startup, work alongside senior engineers, and grow into a world-class frontend developer.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to building beautiful, responsive user interfaces with React and Next.js
- Implement real-time features (e.g., chat, dashboards) with guidance from senior engineers
- Assist in integrating frontend components with backend AI services
- Help create intuitive visualizations for complex AI-generated data
- Learn and apply best practices in state management and code quality
- Collaborate closely with experienced teammates in an agile environment
Required Experience
- Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) and React
- Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend tools (Next.js is a plus)
- Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Eagerness to learn about real-time systems (websockets, SSE, etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating in English (verbal and written)
Nice to Have (but you can learn on the job)
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
- Exposure to real-time applications or interactive UIs
- Understanding of version control (Git) and agile workflows
