I. Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Experience:
- Guest Relations: Act as the first point of contact; warmly greet, assist, and direct visitors, VIPs, and clients to the appropriate departments.
- Switchboard Operations: Manage the central switchboard, handle incoming calls professionally, take messages, and route inquiries efficiently.
- Lobby Presentation: Maintain the professional appearance, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere of the building lobby and reception area.
- Mails & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and log incoming mail, parcels, and courier deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution to tenants.
Tenant Care & Customer Service (CS):
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with all building tenants; act as the primary contact for daily inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Receive tenant requests, feedback, or complaints; log them systematically and coordinate with the Technical/Operations team to ensure fast resolution.
- Community Engagement: Assist in notifying tenants about building updates, maintenance schedules, or emergency procedures clearly and professionally.
- Event & Administration Support: Provide administrative assistance for building events (e.g., decorations, tenant gatherings) and support basic office administrative tasks as assigned.
II. Job Requirements
- Professionalism: Demonstrates an exceptionally professional image, polished interpersonal skills, and a warm, clear speaking voice.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, and solutions-oriented with a strong passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Language: High proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) to interact effectively with multinational tenants.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, guest relations, or customer service role (experience in building management, hotels, or serviced apartments is an advantage).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment.
