ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Level: Middle/Junior+
- Type: Fulltime, In-house, Onsite
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development projects.
- We are looking for a French-speaking Project Manager to oversee and coordinate IT projects for our French-speaking clients. (Native-level French proficiency is required, as this role involves daily communication with clients in France and requires a deep understanding of French language and business culture).
- You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery, while acting as the main point of contact between clients and our internal development teams.
- This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience managing Agile software development projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development projects (The experience as Account Manager/Project Coordinator is also welcomed to apply)
- Candidates should already be based in Vietnam or the Asia-Pacific region, or be able to work within this time zone.
- Scrum Master hand-ons experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans
- Clear and concise English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work
- Ability to prioritise, work independently, and deliver reliably
- Relevant experience in IT Project Management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; background in software development is a plus.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-focused environment
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and best practices
- Good product sense: you care about how users experience what you build
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain mobile or web applications with a strong focus on product quality and user experience
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end
- Take ownership of features or technical areas, from concept to production
- Identify performance, stability, or usability issues and fix them proactively
- Communicate clearly about progress, risks, and technical decisions
- Act as the primary liaison between French-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project KPIs and report progress regularly to management and clients.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
