Your Mission
- Support the marketing and sales team in providing complete technical solution to meet customers needs.
- Provide on-site service and support to customers such as but not limited to problem verification and solution, collection of the defective items back for further investigation and repair.
- Setup, configure and commission systems for customers.
- Handles technical enquiries and requests on technical service.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to service schedules and quality standards
- Submit relevant reports for all works relating to on-site problem resolution, customer service calls defective products, preventive maintenance, etc.
- Track the warranties of devices and equipment sold to customers and provides warranty preventive maintenance.
- Familiarize customers technical personnel like the BME/technicians with Karl Storz products whenever required.
- Stand-in cases to observe any technical glitches of the system and feedback to Headquarter for improving or rectifying current system.
- Collaborate with senior field service engineers, sales, and technical support teams as required.
Your Talents
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 0–2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of medical devices or regulated equipment
- Internship or trainee experience in medical technology or healthcare environments is an advantage
- Willingness to travel domestically and work at customer sites

- Ability to understand and follow technical manuals, service procedures, and regulatory documentation
