Job Description

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a JuniorEcommerce Support Analyst to provide analytical and operational support across ecommerce and sales channels. This role plays a critical part in managing pricing, forecasting, SKU setup, and account data while supporting vendor portals, digital shelf execution, and sales analytics.

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by improving data accuracy, optimizing pricing and promotions, and enhancing operational efficiency across ecommerce and retail accounts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales Operations & Ecommerce Support (20%)

  • Provide operational support for ecommerce platforms and key retail accounts to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage SAP pricing, SKU setup, and item master data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update vendor portals, ensuring accurate product listings, content, and compliance.
  • Assist with digital shelf management, including planograms, assortment updates, and product visibility.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Support company-owned ecommerce channels by managing inventory selection and pricing based on performance data.

Sales Analysis & Ecommerce Performance (20%)

  • Pull and analyze POS and ecommerce platform data to evaluate sell-out performance, inventory levels, promotional effectiveness, and online conversion and product performance trends.
  • Assist with forecasting and pricing strategies to support revenue and margin optimization.
  • Evaluate price elasticity and promotional impact across ecommerce and retail channels.
  • Create and maintain SKU planning and assortment files by retailer/platform.
  • Support pricing initiatives, promotional planning, and margin analysis.

Account Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on product launches, promotions, and inventory planning.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and analysis for customer meetings and internal reviews.

Process & Data Management (40%)

  • Maintain and manage price lists, product data, and master data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized processes across ecommerce

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, ecommerce, or analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Hands-on SAP experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms and vendor portals is an asset.
  • High attention to detail with strong accountability and dependability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
