Job Description
GEM is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our telecommunications project, where you will be responsible for system operations, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support to ensure stable service delivery.
- Take primary responsibility for operating applications and handling customer feedback/issues for telecommunications systems.
- Participate in implementing IT infrastructure according to the company's requirements.
- Perform operation and maintenance tasks, including application installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support for network, server, and application infrastructure for telecommunications systems.
- Coordinate with the project team in developing solutions and products related to telecommunications services.
- Provide technical service support to enterprise customers using the company's services.
Required Skills And Experience
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Experience in administering Linux systems (CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Experience working with MySQL/MariaDB database management systems and basic SQL operations.
- Candidates with experience in network packet troubleshooting using Wireshark or tcpdump are preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of Shell scripting are preferred.
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to work overtime when required by the project.
