What you can expect
ROSEN is seeking a detail oriented and analytically minded Data Analyst to support the Large Standoff Magnetometry (LSM) evaluation process. This role focuses on careful data review, pattern recognition, cross referencing, and contributing to high quality integrity assessments. LSM is an interdisciplinary domain, and comprehensive training will be provided; therefore, prior LSM experience is not required.
The ideal candidate brings patience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic-combined with a foundational technical background and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Data Evaluation & Analysis
- Review LSM datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Cross reference multiple data sources to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and potential anomalies.
- Document findings clearly and consistently within ROSEN workflows.
- Clean data by using algorithm software.
- Apply critical thinking to understand why an anomaly appears, not only that it appears.
- Use analysis software effectively—not as a black box, but as a technical tool requiring understanding.
- Quality & Process Compliance
- Follow ROSEN evaluation procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Identify potential process improvements or data-related issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure that work meets internal requirements for accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with evaluation peers, project managers, and technical leads.
- Ask questions proactively and communicate uncertainties early to maintain evaluation quality.
- Participate in regular feedback, and competency development sessions.
- Technical Development
- Learn and operate ROSEN's proprietary LSM software tools.
- Develop proficiency in relevant simulation, scripting, or data-handling tools (training provided).
- Support implementation of new technologies or process updates within the evaluation workflow.
What you will bring
Must have:
- At least a Diploma in college/ vocational school or bachelor's degree.
- Communication English level (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
- General computer skills - ability to learn and adapt to new software applications easily.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work well within a diverse global environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attentiveness to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands and situations, work within tight deadlines, and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated consistent work history and commitment level.
- Comfortable with routine/repetitive tasks.
- Showing Professional mindset, able to show Ownership and responsible in every action.
Nice to have:
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in any fields (tech/ non-tech) or Fresh Graduates in engineering, science or technical discipline or equivalent work experience in a related area is preferred (Mechanical, Data Science, Petroleum, Technologies, Mecha-Electronics, Industrial Mathematics/Physics).
