Junior Consultant (Retail Solution)
Location: Hanoi
At Palexy, we develop a pioneering AI-powered SaaS platform that can turn existing retail data, including CCTV footage, POS data, staff scheduling data, promotional calendar data, etc. into actionable intelligence.
We are seeking a Junior Consultant for our Hanoi Office to help customers maximize the value of our data platform, successfully adopt our product, and assist them with technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and provide assistance in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Assist Customer Success Managers in preparing training materials and analysis reports
- Take detailed notes during customer meetings and actively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to address customer feedback
- Conduct product training sessions for end users
- Collaborate with internal team to gather and resolve Customer requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate within 2 years
- Have previous working/internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet (including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) and PowerPoint
- Good at data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English
- A quick learner in new technology tool
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks
