Migration Project COBOL Mainframe Fujitsu to NET COBOL

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Plan, allocate resources and control the progress of migration from COBOL to new language/platform
Manage technical risks related to legacy system conversion
Coordination between development team, testing team and business stakeholders
Technical coordination
Work with technical architect to ensure feasibility of migration solution
Review and approve COBOL code conversion plan
Ensure data integrity during migration
Quality management
Develop test strategy for comparing results between old and new system
Monitor UAT and regression testing
Manage cutover and rollback plan
Requirements
Mandatory
5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with legacy system modernization
Understanding of COBOL, mainframe or legacy systems
Proficient in project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall)
Risk management skills and good stakeholder management
Preferred
A technical background in programming
Experience with migration automation tools
PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent certification
