Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Your role involves gathering requirements, analysing business processes, preparing project documentation, reviewing system designs, and supporting project implementation. You will also help ensure proposed solutions are user-friendly, commercially practical, and aligned with client objectives.
What you will do
1. Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyse, and document client requirements (new features and change requests)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical briefs
- Define scope, assumptions, constraints, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct impact analysis for change requests
2. Project Management & Coordination
- Plan project milestones and deliverables
- Track timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with developers, designers, AI engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality expectations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects
3. UX/UI Prototyping
- Use AI tools (e.g., generative design platforms, wireframing tools) to produce UX/UI mockups
- Convert business logic into workflow diagrams and user journeys
- Validate prototypes with stakeholders before development
4. Technical & Data Understanding
- Understand system architecture and API integrations
- Work with JSON structures and data mapping
- Basic understanding of Python for automation, logic validation, or API testing
- Communicate effectively with technical teams on implementation feasibility
5. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation
- Ensure version control and change tracking
- Support UAT coordination and deployment readiness
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or similar role
- Experience handling client new/change requests
- Strong ability to scope work and define deliverables
- Familiarity with Python (basic knowledge)
- Experience using AI tools for UX/UI or workflow generation
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in digital transformation, AI automation, SaaS, or BPO environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Github, Notion, Figma, or automation tools
- Experience in agile or sprint-based project environments
