Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Business Analyst role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes, bridging communication between technical teams and stakeholders, and helping develop actionable solutions to enhance business workflows and systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating business processes
• Have experience in TMS / OMS / WMS is advance
• Fluent communication in English
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Business Processes and workflows
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge or experience in the IT and software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
