Job Description
This role welcomes junior members who are eager to build strong engineering fundamentals, gain hands-on experience in automation testing, and grow within a professional product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications using modern frameworks (e.g. Playwright).
- Apply automation test best practices, coding standards, and testing fundamentals.
- Support the integration of automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and test objectives.
- Identify defects, document test results, and contribute to overall software quality.
Key Requirements
- Less than 1 year of experience in software development, automation testing, or a related role.
- Skills in at least one of these programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong adaptability, proactiveness, and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Practical exposure to at least one automation framework (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
- Knowledge of test automation principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Exposure to API testing (Postman, Swagger, Rest Assured, etc.).
