Comprehensive Employee Benefits:
• Probation: 60 days

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
2. Draft legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with clients.
3. Support the legal team with advisory services, including:
• Setup and maintenance of Representative Offices and Branches of foreign entities.
• Company formation and licensing procedures.
• Coordination with authorities nationwide.
• Providing ad hoc legal advisory to clients with in-depth legal knowledge.
4. Utilize and continuously develop skills in company-owned or integrated AI tools to improve work efficiency and service quality.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Managers.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong legal research and legal drafting skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including good English proficiency.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, working with company-owned or integrated AI tools is an advantage. Training will be provided.
