Knowledge and experience:
- Working closely with your Partner/ Line Manager/ Creative Director to identify creative thinking towards (big) ideas and how to execute.
- Art Directing. Guiding designers to work towards the defined art direction.
- Visualizing ideas and/ or interpreting them into design.
- Collaborating with design team effectively.
- Presenting creative work internally and externally.
- Taking ownership and leadership of projects and creative works.
Skills and abilities:
- Exhibit excellent design, art direction visualization skills.
- Understanding of user experience design.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Expert knowledge of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Flash.
- Knowledge of interface design, typography, layout and web formats.
- Degree in art and design related field.
