The Junior Architect role supports the design and coordination of urban development projects in Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương. The position combines architectural design, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination to help ensure designs meet project requirements, quality expectations, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the design manager with architectural design and project coordination
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and design documents
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscape, and quantity surveying (QS) teams to maintain design quality
- Review and develop designs in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
- Complete assigned tasks and follow internal design procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with high-rise or residential projects will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and consultant coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- English communication skills
