Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, utilizing input and customer information to design or redesign, develop, test, and deploy applications using optical analysis tools and systems.
- Provide technical and professional support to customers, test applications, respond to customer feedback, perform installation and maintenance, and deliver presentations for sales purposes.
- Manage and develop applications using optical sensing technology by designing the testing setting and testing.
- Support other engineers to improve existing products and develop new products.
