JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview: We are looking for a passionate Junior AI Developer to join our growing AI Innovation team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will help us transition traditional BPO workflows into intelligent, automated processes. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how to build practical AI applications using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and Microsoft's low-code tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call LLM APIs (including Claude and Gemini), parse responses, and integrate them into internal tools or web applications.
- Assist in configuring AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio for basic workflow automations.
- Write clean Python code and contribute to collaborative development workflows.
- Help test and document AI agent behaviors to ensure they meet our quality and accuracy standards.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and software engineering practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with version control (Git).
- A pragmatic mindset: you understand that a demo is easy, but reliable production software takes rigor.
- Good English communication.
- Bonus: Prior experience or personal projects involving the creation of conversational bots, chatbots, or simple virtual assistants is a strong plus.
