Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and petty cash management for Hanoi office.
- Daily invoice collection from vendors and internal departments.
- Check and verify invoices and contracts to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Record expenses, petty cash transactions, and supporting documents in the accounting system in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
- Prepare monthly VAT declarations and support VAT refund procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and explanations.
- Maintain filing and storage of accounting documents and records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and easy retrieval.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports, including explanations of variances in P&L and Balance Sheet, and preparation of group reporting packages.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the accounting and finance field or equivalent experience.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Good in English, excellent in spreadsheets (Excel, Google worksheet).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, teamwork, work under pressure.
- Have experience in Accounting software and other purchasing software is an advantage: Misa, Xero, Workday, Precoro
