Major Accountabilities
- Prepare compulsory monthly/quarterly compliance reports including VAT, WHT.
- Work with external auditor regarding the annual Financial report – VAS standard.
- Manage and book accounting entries to SAP.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and prepare monthly internal reports.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors and employees on weekly basis, ensuring timeliness and proper verification with supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, etc.).
- Organize and maintain supporting paperwork for financial reports, journal entries, and ledger entries.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support the team.
Key Requirement
- Open to both male/female with at least 6 months of experience as Accountant
- Basic understanding of current tax regulations, including VAT and Foreign Contractor Tax
- Open to a 6-month contract
- English: reading and writing skills
- Good attitude, eager to learn, proactive at work, and supportive team spirit. Detail-oriented with strong work management skills
- Experience using SAP is an advantage
