2. Position Overview

We are looking for a Game Designer with a strong passion for casual / entertainment games to join our product team.

You will work closely with Product, Art, Engineering, and LiveOps teams to design engaging gameplay experiences that attract and retain players globally.

3. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop game concepts, gameplay mechanics, systems, and features for entertainment games (casual, hyper-casual, arcade, puzzle, etc.).

Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDD), feature specs, and balancing documents

Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and product managers to ensure design vision is implemented correctly.

Design core gameplay loops, progression systems, rewards, monetization elements, and live events.

Analyze player behavior and game metrics to optimize gameplay, retention, and engagement.

Research market trends, competitors, and player feedback to propose new ideas and improvements.

Participate in playtesting, collect feedback, and iterate designs to improve player experience.

Support LiveOps activities such as events, updates, and seasonal content.

4. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer.

Hands-on experience in designing entertainment / casual games released on mobile or PC.

Strong understanding of game design fundamentals: gameplay loop, progression, balance, UX, player psychology.

Ability to write clear and structured GDD and design documentation.

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Art, Engineering, Product).
