Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. You will work on developing Machine Learning models, analyzing data, and building AI-powered solutions for various business problems.
Responsibilites:
- Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning models for real-world applications.
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Build data processing pipelines and prepare datasets for model training.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments (preferred).
- Research and apply new AI/ML techniques when appropriate.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
- Proficient in Python.
- Experience with at least one ML framework such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience in data analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and model tuning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Able to communicate in English (reading technical documents and basic communication).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Deep Learning or LLM applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience deploying ML models using Docker or APIs.
- Experience with MLOps tools is a plus.
