We are currently open to new Recruitment Consultants to recruit :
- Industrial
- Tech and Digital
- Sales and Marketing in Industrial;
- Human Ressource (HR);

What You'll Do
- Generate new client leads and present unique selling propositions
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and resourcing requirements
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns
- Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
- Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of working experience in MNC, KPI driven position is mandatory
- Recruitment experience is mandatory for Senior Consultant level with impressive track record of placements and strong KPIs
- Strong sales mindset with determination to succeed and to achieve financial target
- Demonstrate grits and stability in previous roles
- Business level of English communication
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Team player mentality, self-motivation and resilience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
