About the Company

We are seeking a Middle/Senior Java Developer with experience in Java Spring Framework or similar java frameworks. Understands frontend integration (HTML, x-javascript), and preferably has exposure to banking or financial applications.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Java and Java Frameworks.
  • Work within a multi-tier architecture, ensuring smooth communication between layers (UI, business logic, database).
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with other systems.
  • Analyze and enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers when needed.
  • Collaborate with QA, BA, and infrastructure teams to deliver stable, high-quality releases.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Over 3 years of experience in Java development.

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of Spring Framework or a similar framework.
  • Experience with multi-layer or enterprise system architecture.
  • Strong skills in OOP, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and x-javascript for integration and debugging.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with banking or financial systems.
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with enterprise-level systems.

  • Salary: UP TO 35M GROSS.
