I. Job Description

Position: Java Back-end Developer

Area of Focus: API development, system stability, Backoffice improvement.

Role Overview:

As a Java Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining backend services to ensure system stability and scalability. You will develop and manage APIs that connect with external and also support internal company's services. This role involves close collaboration with frontend developers, QA, and system architects to deliver high-quality backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

lDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for Backoffice and loan management systems

lManage large amount of transactions smoothly

lEnsure service reliability, scalability, and security through robust backend architecture

lIntegrate with third-party APIs and internal services

lSupport deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of backend services

lOptimize application performance and database queries (Oracle SQL)

lCollaborate with the frontend team for smooth API integration

lContribute to system documentation, testing, and release processes

II. Job Requirements

Experience:

lProven experience in respective role (At least 5 years)

lJava, Spring/Spring Boot, REST API, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, system integration

lExperience in financial systems, fintech platforms, or Backoffice tools is a plus

lUnderstanding of loan product workflows and operational systems is advantageous

lFamiliarity with version control tools (SVN, Git) and agile development practices

lExperience in performance optimization and troubleshooting
