RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, test and maintain application software
- Take part in software and architectural development activities
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Recommend changes to improve established application processes
- Develop technical designs for application development
- Develop efficient application code for Java programs
- Create application documentation
- Cooperate with Business analysts, Data analysts, Testing team, Open API team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical major
- 4+ years of experience with Java programming language: Object Oriented analysis, design and development using common design patterns
- Good experience in web service such as REST
- Good experience in Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Microservices
- Have experience in Webserver (Tomcat, Nginx), DB migration (Flyway, etc.), API documentation (Swagger, Apiary)
- Have experience in SQL Server, Oracle DB
- Good English communication skills is added advantage
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology
- In-depth understanding of the entire web/mobile app development process (design, development and deployment)
- Good teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience with test-driven development.
