ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with web, mobile, and third-party systems.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and backend services.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Frontend Developers, and Product Owners to deliver business requirements.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and application performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
- Participate in code reviews and promote clean code and development best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation and support application deployment and maintenance.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- From 4 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- Good understanding of Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven or Gradle, and modern development tools.
- Experience with microservices architecture and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth2 is an advantage.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
