Job Description
- Architect and implement high-quality AEM solutions in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of developers in building applications, managing software lifecycles, and providing technical guidance.
- Oversee the integration of AEM applications with other enterprise software systems.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and performance-efficient solutions.
- Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in AEM development.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with new trends and technologies in the AEM landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years specializing in AEM.
- Proven experience as an AEM Developer with strong understanding of AEM architecture and infrastructure.
- Expertise in AEM backend and front-end development including components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and object model designs.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of RESTful services and APIs.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
