A Japanese consulting firm is seeking FAS (Financial Advisory Service) Japanese Support Staff
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between Japanese clients and Vietnamese colleagues by using Japanese and Vietnamese, mainly for the following projects:
- Financial & Tax Due Diligence
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
IFRS advisory
- Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit
- Transfer Pricing documentation
- Other Vietnamese taxes such as PIT, CIT, and VAT
- Responding to client inquiries in accordance with the consulting service agreement
- Translate reports from English/Vietnamese into Japanese. Attend client meetings as an interpreter (Vietnamese Japanese).
- Participate in the above FAS projects as a preparation staff member.
Job Requirements
- Japanese proficiency at N2 level is mandatory.
- Educational background in accounting and tax, including one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Japanese Bookkeeping qualification (Boki Level 3 or above 3)
- Other related certifications
- No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of Vietnam's accounting regulations and tax system is preferred.
- Strong communication skills. Proficiency in VBA Excel and
PowerPoint is an advantage.
