Japanese speaking Legal Executive (JLPT N2)

The success of the company also relies on close collaboration between the sales team, legal department, and internal sections, which is crucial to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulations. Therefore, we seek a passionate and proactive Legal Executive to join the team, who will undertake our missions and accompany us in a long-term journey.

Responsibilities

· Draft, review all documents, contracts, appendices, NDA at the request of superiors.

· Review and complete the full combo of templates for sale transactions: NDA, contracts, quotations and other relevant internal documents at the request of superiors.

· Draft, review documents related to HR such as announcements, decisions, official letters, minutes, labor contracts, etc. according to the actual arising work.

· Formulate, review and revise HR policies and regulations in accordance with the law.

· Prepare legal documents and issue transaction documents to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of Vietnam.

· Other work assigned by superiors.

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in law.

· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

· Having experience in IT/Law/Consulting firms is a plus.

· Fluent in English and Japanese.
