About the job

As a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international E-commerce project, you will be responsible for voice support to customers, giving accurate information, solving queries and complaints and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the support process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Japanese communication skills, be customer-centric and be able to work in a professional, fast-paced service environment.

Work Location

Hanoi: Lancaster Luminaire Building, 1152-1154 Duong Lang Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi

Working Time

  • Fixed working schedule within 07:00 - 22:00
  • 5 working days per week, with 2 days off based on operation arrangement.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via hotline/voice channel for an international E-commerce platform.
  • Provide support and resolve customer concerns related to products and services.
  • Receive, clarify, and handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Update customer information and service records accurately on the internal system.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader or line manager.

Who You Are

  • High school graduate or above.
  • Japanese language proficiency is required: JLPT N1 or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or E-commerce is a plus.
  • Clear voice, good communication skills, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to work full-time and follow assigned working schedule.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
