Job Description

The Company: Our client is a leading Garment Textile Label company from US with the factory in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. They take pride in our commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in the textile industry.

Responsibilities:

Customer Services, Key Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Garment Textile Label industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular market feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
  • Fluent Japanese Speaking:
  • Essential requirement for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients.
  • Open to Japanese expatriates willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the Garment Textile Label industry or consumable part sales
  • Japanese people

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Japanese is a must. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Customer Service Management:

  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to key accounts.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Result-Oriented:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability:
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
