Job Description
- Participate to build regulations/ processes about vendor management for IT division.
- Be the Point of Contact (PoC) for vendor issues for internal IT with VP Bank and work to improve vendor service quality.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationship to proactive anticipate vendor issues and resolve them before major relationships arise. Be accountable to escalate vendor commercial and delivery issues to IT management.
- Monitor and make reports on competency, implementation quantity, products/service delivery of vendor to Head of vendor management.
- Collect and analyze the solution of vendors to find the best solution, save cost for VPBank.
- Assist Head of Vendor Management to manage IT activities budget, costs and outsourcing spending.
- Other jobs given by head of vendor management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 + years of experience in overall projects/ IT company having held roles of Project Manager or supporting senior IT manager
- Knowledge of contract management. Having a good relationship with Vendors.
- Good IT relationship management and financial controls.
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with vendors/ business leaders, and others.
- Good written English is necessary. Good spoken English is advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving and management skills. Good business process analyzing and understanding skills.
- Possess good analytical, cognitive, planning and organizing skillset.
