Scope of Work: ISP Circuit Handoff & Connectivity Verification
Site Location:
VN - Da Nang - Da Nang
Unit 56, 8th Floor, VNPT Building, 271 Nguyen Van Linh St., Vinh Trung Ward, Thanh Khue Dist., Danang, Vietnam.
Scope of Work:
- Identify and verify the new ISP circuit handoff at the site
- Connect the ISP circuit to the Underlay Link Deployment equipment installed by the ISP
- Verify physical link status and connectivity between the ISP circuit and customer equipment
- Coordinate with the remote network team for circuit activation and connectivity testing
- Perform basic troubleshooting activities including:
- Checking LED/link status
- Cable reseating
- Power cycling of equipment if required
- Ensure proper cable management and secure all connections
- Provide remote team with onsite updates, photos, and testing results as requested
- Confirm that the ISP circuit is fully operational and stable before site closure
- Report any issues, missing hardware, or connectivity problems immediately to the project coordinator
Tools Required Onsite:
- Laptop with Ethernet & console access
- Console cables/adapters
- Screwdriver set
- Cable tester
- Flashlight
- Velcro ties / zip ties
- Multimeter
- Mobile phone / hotspot for remote team coordinatio
