IT Support Specialist

Company Description Dong Mart is a fast-growing fixed-price retail chain in Vietnam, offering more than 10,000 everyday products across diverse categories. Founded on September 11, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, the company operates in the FMCG retail sector, focusing on essential items such as snacks, packaged foods, cosmetics, personal care, stationery, household goods, and toys.

Dong Mart (ECO-SHOP 19K) is committed to providing convenient shopping experiences and affordable products for local communities. The company is expanding its retail network near residential areas to improve access to daily essentials. By 2026, Dong Mart aims to operate 100 stores nationwide and further strengthen its presence across Vietnam.

Role Description: The IT Support role is responsible for providing first-level support for business applications, including ERP, POS, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other corporate applications.

The role focuses on assisting end-users, troubleshooting application issues, monitoring system operations, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting application deployment projects. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, business processes, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common office software; ability to perform simple troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with networks and connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches) and an interest in learning retail IT systems such as POS and inventory platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and document processes clearly.
• Effective communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with store staff and IT team members.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; prior internship or part-time IT support experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Quận 2 and occasionally visit nearby store locations; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic English communication (to communicate with a foreign team leader).
